Contracts Management Officer, P-3 — Roster uniquement NEW

The position is located within the United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH). Pursuant to Security Council resolution 2793 (2025), UNSOH has been mandated to provide support; primarily to the Gang Suppression Force (GSF), the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), the Haitian National Police (HNP), and the Haitian Armed Forces in the context of any joint operations with the GSF. Additionally, UNSOH is tasked with delivering technical assistance to the Organization of American States (OAS). This position is located in Port-au-Prince within the Service Delivery Pillar and the Contract Management Officer reports directly to the Chief of Service Delivery.

Within delegated authority, the Contracts Management Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, public administration, engineering, law or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, project/contract management, logistics support or procurement of contracts is required. Experience in applying procurement and contract management policies, rules and procedures in an international organization or other international public-sector environment is desirable. Experience in contract performance management systems is desirable. Experience supporting performance monitoring, analytics or reporting activities is desirable.

Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
